My mission is to help you feel strong, capable, and at home in your body, so you can get back to doing what you love without pain holding you back.

You've probably heard the phrase, "Pain is just weakness leaving the body." Yeah... I don't buy that.

If you've been dealing with chronic pain, stiffness, or recurring injuries, you know it doesn't just disappear-it gets in the way of work, workouts, sleep, and simply feeling like yourself.

Maybe you've tried stretching, seen multiple providers, or gone through short-term fixes. But when nothing sticks, it's time for something deeper.

Hi, I'm Jason Moffitt, owner of OrthoSport Performance Therapy and a Master Myoskeletal Therapist.

With over 20 years in the sports medicine and performance health field, I've worked with everyone from professional athletes to everyday clients looking to move and feel better.

My background includes licensure as an athletic trainer, physical therapist assistant, and massage therapist-giving me a unique, well- rounded approach to care.

As a certified Master Myoskeletal Therapist, I've completed advanced training in Erik Dalton's Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques, a highly specialized system that blends osteopathic principles with deep tissue therapy, joint mobilization, and corrective movement.

This approach allows me to assess and treat the body as a whole, addressing the root causes of pain and imbalance rather than just the symptoms.

Every session is hands-on, personalized, and built around helping you get back to the life, movement, and performance you love-with less pain, more confidence, and lasting results.

POLICIES

We appreciate that you’ve chosen us for your manual and massage therapy needs. To provide the best service possible to our clients, we have implemented the following policies.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

We respectfully ask you to provide us with 24 - 48-hour notice of any schedule changes or cancellation request. We understand that emergencies can arise, and illnesses do occur at inopportune times. If you have a fever, a known infection, or have experienced vomiting or diarrhea within 24 hours prior to your appointment time, we request that you cancel your session and reschedule. Inclement weather may also result in the need for late cancellations. We will do our best to give advanced notice if we are closing or need to cancel due to bad weather, and we ask you to do the same. Please do not risk your own safety trying to make your appointment. Late cancellation due to legitimate emergencies, illness, or inclement weather will not result in a missed session charge of $50.  If you cancel, the expectation is that you reschedule your appointment within 2 weeks. Habitual cancellations will result in being charged the $50 cancellation fee per occurrence. No Show appointments will be charged $50 per session, with payment due before the next session. The credit card associated with your client profile will be charged for any Late Cancellation or No-Show fees, if for any reason your credit card is declined, any outstanding fees will be required prior to your next appointment booking. Appointment reminders sent via email and text are a courtesy extended to all clients to manage their appointments accordingly.

Late Arrival Policy

We request that you arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time. We understand that issues can arise that may cause you to be late for your appointment. However, we ask that you text/call to inform us if this ever occurs, so we can do our best to accommodate you. Appointment times are reserved for each client, so oftentimes we cannot exceed that reserved time without making the next client late. For this reason, arriving after your appointment time may result in loss time from your session in order to end at the scheduled time. Full-service fees will be charged even when sessions are shortened due to late arrival. In return, we will do our best to be on time, and if we are unable to do so, we will add time to your session to make up for our late arrival or adjust the service charge accordingly.

What To Expect

  • All sessions are priced inclusively with no additional fees and service charges. Gratuities are not accepted.
  • Sessions are conducted in loose fitting, comfortable clothing. Our preference is that sessions are conducted in loose-fitting shorts and bras with open back access (if applicable), however sessions can be completed in regular clothing as per comfort level.
  • Sessions will address your specific needs, goals, and preferences
  • Comfortable environment that is clean and professional
  • Hypoallergenic prepared for those who are allergic to certain lotions, creams, oils, topical analgesics, tapes, fabrics, and bands. We will accommodate our clients and special-order supplies as needed
  • HIPAA-compliant, keeping your client’s personal health information safe and secure
Respect Client Needs and Boundaries
  • The client is always in control and may choose to ask for or decline specific treatment and modalities
  • Client can stop session at any time
  • Always dress to comfort level
  • Clients can expect the therapist to communicate throughout session on what to expect, discomfort/pain levels, changes in pressure and style, hand placement, and inform/ obtain consent when working with sensitive areas of the body
  • We encourage communication and feedback throughout the session

  • Our services are by appointment only
  • Clients must be at least 18 years of age to book
  • If under 18 years of age, the parent/guardian must book the appointment, sign an additional minor waiver, and be present for the entire session. Parent/Guardian, we recommend you call to schedule the initial session to ensure we are a good fit to work with your minor.
